Our final bags of Luis Roldan's Red Catuaí from El Durazno in Casillas, Guatemala! Expect rich, candied cherry sweetness, tangy cranberry acidity, and a smooth chocolate and almond finish.

Luis was the first producer we purchased coffee from through Semilla five years ago. That relationship has grown into ongoing support for Indigenous Xinka smallholders working toward fairer coffee prices and defending their land against extractive mining.

A rather unusual pairing! We've combined Luis Roldan's washed Yellow Catuaí from Guatemala with Project 96B's naturally processed Liberica from Vietnam.

The Yellow Catuaí brings juicy cantaloupe, yellow plum, and marzipan sweetness, while the Liberica adds aromatic strawberry, white chocolate, and roasted sesame notes. Two different coffee species, two origins, and plenty of room for experimentation!
